CAPITALIZED RENTALS

CAPITALIZED RENTALS. Means, as of the date of any determination, the amount at which the obligations of the lessee, due and to become due under all Capitalized Leases under which the Guarantor or any Subsidiary is a lessee, are reflected as a liability on a consolidated balance sheet of the Guarantor and its Subsidiaries.
