Capitalized Term

Capitalized Term. All capitalized terms used herein (including the recitals hereto) will have the respective meanings ascribed thereto in the Credit Agreement unless otherwise defined herein.

Capitalized Term. All capitalized terms used herein without definition shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Membership Interest Purchase Agreement, as applicable.
