Capitalized Term. Have the meanings ascribed to them in the SEA

Capitalized Term. All capitalized terms used in this Agreement and not defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Severance Agreement.

Capitalized Term. Each capitalized term used but not defined herein has the meaning ascribed thereto in Appendix A to the Amended and Restated Receivables Purchase Agreement, dated as of the date hereof (the "RPA"), by and among the Seller, the Purchasers, the Administrative Agent and CHS, as servicer.
