Capitalized Term

Capitalized Term. All capitalized terms used herein and not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings given to those terms in the Amended Exclusive License Agreement.

Capitalized Term. Have the meanings given to those terms in the First Amended Agreement

Capitalized Term. Have the same meaning ascribed to them in the Existing Agreement, unless otherwise defined herein

Terms used herein without definition shall have the respective meanings assigned to such terms in that certain Agreement and Plan of Merger by and among the Company, Calidi, the Sponsor and the other parties thereto, dated as of January 9, 2023, as amended (the "Merger Agreement")

Capitalized Term. All capitalized terms used herein, but not defined herein, shall have the same meanings given to such terms in the Lease unless otherwise indicated.
