[Capitalized terms UCC terms]. Except as otherwise herein expressly provided, all capitalized terms used in this Pledge Agreement shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Loan Agreement, and all other terms not specifically defined herein which are defined in the Uniform Commercial Code, as presently in effect in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and as the same may hereafter be amended from time to time, shall be construed in accordance with the definitions set forth therein.
