Capitalized Terms

Capitalized Terms. Used in the Loan Documents have the meaning ascribed to them in "Exhibit A" of this Agreement.

Capitalized Terms. All capitalized terms used herein shall have the same meaning ascribed to them in the Lease, unless otherwise herein indicated, or unless the context hereof shall otherwise require.
