Capitalized Terms

Capitalized Terms. Used in this Amendment, to the extent not otherwise defined herein, shall have the same meanings as in the Agreement, as amended previously and hereby.

Capitalized Terms. Not otherwise defined in this Agreement or the Subscription Agreement shall have the meanings attributed to such terms in the Code.

Not otherwise specifically defined herein shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Prime Lease as though such definitions are set forth and incorporated herein, and provisions of the Prime Lease to which reference is made hereunder shall also be deemed incorporated by reference herein.

Capitalized Terms. Used in this Fourth Amendment without definition shall have the same meanings ascribed to such terms in Section 1 of the Junior Notes.
