Capitalized Terms

Capitalized Terms. Used but not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed thereto in the Fifth Amended and Restated Agreement of Limited Partnership of American Midstream Partners, LP, as amended or supplemented from time to time (the "AMID Partnership Agreement")

Capitalized Terms. Used but not defined in this Agreement shall have the meaning given to them in each Existing Junior Note, or as the context may require, in the Subordination Agreement

Capitalized Terms. Used in this Amendment (including capitalized terms used in the Recitals) that are not otherwise defined herein have the respective meanings ascribed to them in the Loan Agreement.

Capitalized Terms. All capitalized terms used but not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings assigned thereto in the Credit Agreement, and if not defined therein, shall have the meanings assigned thereto in the 2017-1A SUBI Subservicing Agreement, in each case, as amended hereby.
