Capitalized Terms

Capitalized Terms. Capitalized terms used but not defined in this Stock Option Agreement shall have the meanings ascribed to such terms in the Plan.

Capitalized Terms. Used in this Amendment, but not expressly defined herein, shall have the same meanings as given to such terms in the Credit Agreement.

Capitalized Terms. Used in this Amendment, but not expressly defined herein, shall have the same meanings as given to such terms in the Credit Agreement and/or, as appropriate, the Trussco Amendment.

Capitalized Terms. Capitalized terms used but not otherwise defined herein and defined in the Third Amended and Restated Development Agreement or the Third Amended and Restated Management Agreement shall have the same meaning herein as therein.

Capitalized Terms. Not defined herein have the meaning ascribed to them in the Development Agreement or the Management Agreement, as applicable.

Capitalized Terms. Not otherwise defined in this Amendment shall have the same meaning as in the Lease unless the context otherwise clearly requires.

Capitalized Terms. Used herein that are defined in the Loan Agreement and not otherwise defined herein shall have the respective meanings prescribed in the Loan Agreement.

Capitalized Terms. Capitalized terms used and not otherwise defined in this Agreement shall have the meanings ascribed to such terms in the Acquisition Agreement or the Stockholders' Agreement, but the Acquisition Agreement and Stockholders Agreement shall not be or be deemed to be part of this Agreement.

Capitalized Terms. Capitalized terms used without definition in this Amendment have the meanings set forth in the Employment Agreement.

Capitalized Terms. Used but not otherwise defined herein, including the Recitals, shall have the meanings assigned to them in the Indenture.
