Capitalized Terms

Capitalized Terms. Used and not defined herein shall have the meanings given to them in the Original Credit Agreement as amended and restated hereby (as so amended and restated, the "Restated Credit Agreement") or, if not defined therein, in the Guarantee and Collateral Agreement, each as amended hereby or pursuant hereto.
