Capitalized Terms

Capitalized Terms. Used but not defined in this Amendment shall be as defined in the License Agreement.

Capitalized Terms. Used herein (including in the preamble and the recitals hereto) but not otherwise defined shall have the respective meanings given to them in the Loan Agreement.

Capitalized Terms. Capitalized terms used in this Agreement and not otherwise defined in this Agreement shall have the meanings ascribed to such respective terms in the Seventh Amendment or Note Purchase Agreement, as applicable, or, if not defined therein, shall have the meanings ascribed to such respective terms in the applicable Convertible Note(s).
