Capitalized Terms

Capitalized Terms. Used but not defined herein shall have the meanings assigned to such terms in the Amended Credit Agreement (as defined in Section 3 below); provided that the defined term "Lender" as used herein shall have the meaning specified in the Existing Credit Agreement.
