Capitalized Terms

Capitalized Terms. Used but not otherwise defined herein shall have the respective meanings ascribed to such terms in the Arrangement Agreement.

Capitalized Terms. Terms not otherwise defined in this Amendment shall have the definitions ascribed to them in the Warrant.
