CapMed PHR System. Means the integrated data base management system designed to store, manage, transport and communicate personal health and medical information described in the Patent Application or the Copyright, including the CapMed PHR Software, the HealthKey, and all related intellectual property, including, without limitation, software, trade secrets and know-how.
