CapWest Resources Inc. All references to the word "you" and to "CapWest Resources, Inc." or "CapWest" in this Agreement shall be deemed to apply with equal respect to any persons or entities to whom Warrants have been transferred in accordance with the terms hereof, and, where appropriate, to any persons or entities holding the Warrant Shares upon exercise of the Warrants.
