Card Transaction. A transaction that is initiated by a Cardholder through the use of a Card at a Terminal, or other transaction types approved by the Parties in writing, including but not limited to cash withdrawals or disbursements, balance inquiries, chargebacks, or transactions involving the sale of a Negotiable Instrument by a Customer in accordance with written procedures approved by BofA in accordance with this Agreement
