Cardinal Health Participant. A current or former employee, officer or member of the board of directors of Cardinal Health or any of its Affiliates or any other person who holds a stock option, restricted share or restricted share unit under a Cardinal Health Plan as of the Distribution Effective Time. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, a Cardinal Health Participant may also be an Employee or a Director hereunder
