Cardiokine Know-How

Cardiokine Know-How. Shall mean all Know-How, whether patentable or not, owned or Controlled by Cardiokine as of the date of termination of this Agreement directed to the Licensed Compound, to Licensed Products, and to the Research, Development, Manufacture or Commercialization of the Licensed Compound and/or Licensed Products.
