Cartridge Sales

Cartridge Sales. Means the gross volume of Cartridges sold by Distributor to Third Parties, in the case of Third Party customers, for the purpose of consumption by that customer and, in the case of Third Party dealers, for resale and delivery to customers for the purpose of consumption by those customers, in each case net of returns, for use in the Field in the Territory.
