Cash Amount

Cash Amount. Up to $14,232,655 of such amount shall be in the form of cash

Cash Amount. Means the initial deposit in the amount of $50,000,000.00 made on April 3, 2009 by the Company to U.S. Bank National Association and any other cash amounts received by the Custodian from the Company from time to time.

Cash Amount. Shall mean $2,200,000, which shall be paid in cash to ARE and used for the purpose of paying and/or settling all post-petition liabilities (except for those post-petition liabilities that are "Assumed ARE Liabilities"), administrative claims and pre-petition claims allowed by the Court, all as provided in the Plan.

Cash Amount. In respect of an Exchangeable Unit, means a cash amount equal to (i) the average trading price of a Company Common Share on the last Trading Day prior to the Exchange Date less (ii) the strike price of an FTAC Founder Warrant exchanged for such share of FTAC Class C Common Stock.
