Cash Available for Distribution

Cash Available for Distribution. Means the Company's cash available for distribution to holders of the Company's Common Stock on an "as committed" basis as announced by the Company for the relevant period.

Cash Available for Distribution. Means net income less cash expenditures for capital items related to the Company's fleet of Vessels, other than Vessel acquisitions.

Cash Available for Distribution. Means, with respect to any fiscal period, an amount equal to the excess of (1) the gross cash revenues of the Company from all sources (but excluding Capital Contributions) during such fiscal period (including interest income on Company working capital) plus such reserves as the Board of Managers determines are no longer necessary to provide for the foreseeable needs of the Company, over (2) the sum of the following (in each case, for or with respect to such fiscal period): (i) all cash... expenditures made by the Company or which the Company is obligated to make for or during such period in connection with the operation of the Company or in connection with the Company Property, including all fees, commissions, or other similar amounts paid to the Members or their Affiliates pursuant to this Agreement, (ii) operating expenses, (iii) taxes, (iv) assessments, (v) insurance premiums, (vi) debt service, (vii) increases in reserves established by the Board of Managers and (viii) any fees for management services and administrative expenses, except to the extent paid from previously established Company reserves. Cash Available for Distribution. Means all cash of the Company excluding (a) amounts necessary for the payment of the liabilities of the Company including the Xeriant Services Fee and the Movychem Patent Purchase Price payments, (b) such additional amounts as the Management Committee determines to be necessary or desirable as a reserve for the operation of the business and future or contingent liabilities of the Joint Venture and (c) amounts to be utilized for research and development (the "R & D Retention").
