Cash Balance

Cash Balance. In addition, Cricket will provide information on, and weekly verification of, the consolidated cash balance of each of Leap Wireless International, Inc., and its subsidiaries, on a consolidated basis, ("Leap"), and for Cricket and its subsidiaries, on a combined basis, (each, a "Cash Balance").

Cash Balance. Means, at any date, an amount equal to the aggregate amount of cash and cash equivalents (but not including any restricted cash), as shown or reflected in the Company's consolidated balance sheet as at such date.
