Cash Benefits

Cash Benefits. The sum of (i) the cash payments due to be paid to the Executive under Section 3(a)(i) hereof; and (ii) the cash payment due to be made to Executive pursuant to Section 3(a)(ii) hereof, if any. Executive and the Companies agree that the amount of the Cash Benefits is $1,912,962 as of the Effective Date.
