Cash Bonus Award

Cash Bonus Award. Means a cash bonus award under Article 16 of the Plan.

Cash Bonus Award. An incentive cash bonus award granted to a Participant pursuant to the Guidelines that is paid in a lump sum cash payment

Cash Bonus Award. A cash incentive award granted under the Plan including without limitation an Annual Cash Bonus Amount and Deferred Cash Bonus Amount

Cash Bonus Award. Means a cash bonus of $150,000 granted to the Executive on the Effective Date. The Cash Bonus Award will vest and be payable to Executive in three payments of $50,000 on each of the First, Second and Third Anniversaries of the Effective Date. However, in the event that the Executive resigns without Good Reason, he shall forfeit any unvested portion of the Cash Bonus Award and any vested and unpaid portion of the Cash Bonus Award shall be payable 30 days after the effectiveness of such... resignation. Additionally, if Executive is terminated for Cause, Executive shall forfeit the unvested and unpaid Cash Bonus Award. In the event Executive is terminated without Cause or if he resigns for Good Reason, any unvested portion of the Cash Bonus Award shall be payable within 10 business days of the termination of the Executive's employment with the Company or a successor to the Company.
