Cash Burn

Example Definitions of "Cash Burn"
Cash Burn. Is the amount that is equal to the greater of (i) the net decrease in cash for the previous, consecutive four (4) month period or (ii) the net decrease in cash for the next previous month, multiplied by four (4).
Cash Burn. Or "Cash Utilization" means the Company's non-GAAP net loss excluding depreciation but adjusted to include capital expenditures. Non-GAAP net loss is equal to net loss applicable to common stockholders excluding (i) stock compensation expense, (ii) amortization of intangible assets and (iii) subsidiary preferred stock accretion.
