Cash Collateralization Account

Cash Collateralization Account. Borrower's deposit account maintained with Silicon Valley Bank and disclosed on the Perfection Certificate on the Effective Date, which is used for the exclusive purpose of securing Indebtedness described in clause (g) of the definition of Permitted Indebtedness and the total deposit wherein may not exceed Two Hundred Thousand Dollars ($200,000.00) at any given time.
