Cash Compensation

Example Definitions of "Cash Compensation"
Cash Compensation. Cash compensation earned by a Participant as a director of the Company (including, but not limited to, retainers (whether annual, semi-annual or otherwise), board meeting fees, committee meeting fees and committee chairman fees)
Cash Compensation. The sum of Executive's annual base salary together with Executive's incentive compensation as hereinafter determined.
Cash Compensation. Shall mean the sum of (i) the Executive's annual base salary and (ii) the cash bonus paid to the Executive under the Horace Mann Incentive Compensation Program (or similar program that may replace the Incentive Compensation Program) for whichever of the five (5) fiscal years immediately preceding the year in which the Date of Termination occurs that will result in the highest amount of Cash Compensation.
Cash Compensation. The sum of (i) the Executive's annual base salary for the year in which the Date of Termination occurs and (ii) an amount equal to the average of the annual cash bonus paid to the Executive under the Horace Mann Incentive Compensation Program (or such similar program as may replace the Incentive Compensation Program) in the three (3) fiscal years (or such fewer year) as the Executive may have been employed by the Company immediately preceding the year in which the Date of Termination occurs.
Cash Compensation. The annual cash retainer paid to an Eligible Director and any meeting fees, but does not include any expense reimbursement paid to an Eligible Director
Cash Compensation. The sum of the Executive's base salary (equal to the rate of annual base salary for the Company's fiscal year immediately prior to the Termination Date) plus (i) the Executive's targeted bonus, if known, for the year in which the Termination Date occurs, or (ii) if the targeted bonus described in clause (i) is not known, the average of the Executive's bonuses for the two fiscal years of the Company immediately preceding the year in which the Termination Date occurs, including all such salary... and bonuses earned in all capacities with the Company and its Subsidiaries, as reported for Federal income tax purposes on Form W-2, together with any amounts which would have been included in the Executive's salary or bonus but for a deferral election by the Executive under any plan of the Company or its Subsidiaries, including, but not limited to, a plan qualified under Section 401(k) or 125 of the Code.
