CASH FLOW AVAILABLE FOR FIXED CHARGES

CASH FLOW AVAILABLE FOR FIXED CHARGES. Shall mean, in respect of any period, the excess, if any, of Revenues (excluding (i) proceeds of any permitted asset sale, (ii) amounts available in the Cashflow Recapture Fund and (iii) Synthetic Lease Intercompany Note Payments) during such period OVER Operating Expenses during such period.
