Cash Hurdle. Means, with respect to a fiscal year, that the Company's cash flow over such fiscal year is such that the Company's cash, cash equivalents and short term investments (excluding restricted cash, cash equivalents and short term investments) at the end of such fiscal year, as reflected on the regularly prepared and publicly available consolidated balance sheet of the Company prepared in accordance with GAAP, is equal to or greater than the dollar amount specified by the Committee as the Cash...
