Cash Investment Instrument
Cash Investment Instrument. Shall mean a check made payable to "Branch Banking and Trust Company, as escrow agent for Energy Resources 12" representing a Purchaser's subscription proceeds for Common Units.

Cash Investment Instrument. A wire, check, money order or similar instrument, made payable to or endorsed to Escrow Agent in the manner described in Section 3 hereof, in full payment of the Redemption Proceeds.
Cash Investment Instrument. Shall mean a check, money order or similar instrument made payable to "David Lerner Associates, Inc.", or those funds in a customer's account at the Dealer Manager which the customer has authorized to be used in full payment for the Common Units to be purchased by the customer.
