Cash Liquidity

Cash Liquidity. Shall mean, with respect to any Person, on any date of determination, the sum of (i) unrestricted cash, plus (ii) Available Borrowing Capacity, plus (iii) Cash Equivalents.

Cash Liquidity. Means, at any time, the sum of (a) (I) unrestricted cash and cash equivalents of Holdings and its Subsidiaries at such time and (II) unrestricted short term investments of Holdings and its Subsidiaries at such time, excluding, however, in the case of both clause (I) and clause (II), (x) any such cash, cash equivalents or short term investments on deposit or held in any of the Pledged Dual-Control Accounts, Excluded Accounts and Escrow Accounts and (y) on and after April 30, 2009, any such cash,... cash equivalents or short term investments on deposit or held in the Reserve Primary Fund Account and (b) the Undrawn Facility Amount at such time. Cash Liquidity. At any date of determination, the sum of unrestricted (i) Cash plus (ii) Cash Equivalents

Cash Liquidity. As of any date of determination, an amount equal to the sum of (i) Cash and cash equivalents available to the Guarantor as of such date of determination and (ii) the amount of Cash and cash equivalents on deposit in the Cash Management Account as of such date of determination.

Cash Liquidity. Means, at any date of determination, the amount of Cash (other than Restricted Cash) and unencumbered unrestricted Cash Equivalents held by Guarantor and its Consolidated Subsidiaries.

Cash Liquidity. Shall mean, at any date of determination, the sum of unrestricted Cash plus Cash Equivalents.

Cash Liquidity. At any time and with respect to any Person and its consolidated Subsidiaries, the amount of cash and cash equivalents (other than restricted cash) held by such Person and its consolidated Subsidiaries as of such date.
