Cash on Cash Return

Cash on Cash Return. Means the ratio, expressed as a percentage, of annualized Net Revenues Available for Debt Service to the Outstanding Loan Balance.

Cash on Cash Return. Shall mean the gross return (based on the Aggregate Proceeds) realized by the Sponsors on all of the capital invested by them in shares of Common Stock.
