Cash Salary Severance Period

Cash Salary Severance Period. The number of months during which the Participant is entitled to Cash Salary Severance beginning on the Date of Termination and determined in accordance with Exhibit A or Exhibit B attached hereto, as applicable.

Cash Salary Severance Period. The length of time over which a Participant would receive his or her Cash Salary Severance if the Cash Salary Severance were paid to the Participant according to the same schedule the Participant received his or her Base Compensation immediately prior to the Qualifying Termination.
