Cash Sales

Cash Sales. The gross cash proceeds actually received by LEA or T&B from the sale of Products to persons responding to a Business-branded marketing campaign conducted by LEA that uses any or any combination of Licensed Intellectual Property. Cash Sales shall exclude any merchant fees, taxes, shipping, refunds (e.g., returns, right of rescission, NSF checks, and credit card chargebacks), rebates, and bad debt.
