Cash Tax

Cash Tax. Foreign, federal, state, and local taxes on net income as reflected on the Statement of Operations included in the Company's Form 10-K for the Performance Period, plus or minus any taxes which have been classified as deferred income taxes reflected on the Statement of Cash Flow included in the Company's Form 10-K for the Performance Period.
