Example Definitions of "Casualty"
Casualty. Shall mean any damage to or destruction of the Property or any portion thereof caused by fire or other casualty, whether or not insured.
Casualty. Shall mean any injury to or death of any person or any loss of or damage to any property (including the Leased Premises) included within or related to the Leased Premises or arising from the Adjoining Property.
Casualty. Means a fire, explosion, tornado, or other cause of damage to or destruction of the Building.
