Catalent Intellectual Property Rights. Means: (a) all patent and any other intellectual property rights owned or controlled by Catalent as of the Effective Date; and (b) those intellectual property rights that are developed, authored, conceived, or reduced to practice by or on behalf of Catalent not in connection with this Agreement.
