Example Definitions of "Cause Cure Process"
Cause Cure Process. Shall mean that (i) Company reasonably determines that Employee has engaged in behavior constituting "Cause"; (ii) Company notifies the Employee in writing of the first occurrence of the behavior constituting "Cause" within ninety (90) days of the first occurrence of such condition; (iii) the Employee shall have thirty (30) business days following such notice (the "Cause Cure Period"), to substantially remedy the condition, if curable; (iv) notwithstanding such efforts, the condition... constituting "Cause" continues to exist; and (v) Company terminates Employee's employment due to "Cause" within ninety (90) days after the end of the Cause Cure Period. For avoidance of doubt, if the behavior constituting "Cause" is not substantially curable, then the Cause Cure Period shall end on the date the Employee receives the Company's written notice set forth in clause (ii) above.
