CAVU Consumer Partners

CAVU Consumer Partners. Means, collectively, CAVU Venture Partners II, LP, CAVU Venture Partners III, LP, CAVU Venture Partners IV, LP, and TNG Investors LP (the "CAVU Entities") and any entity that controls, is controlled by or under common control with any CAVU Entity (other than the Company and any entity that is controlled by the Company) and any investment vehicles or funds managed or controlled, directly or indirectly, by or otherwise affiliated with any CAVU Entity.
