CBMX KNOWHOW

CBMX KNOWHOW. Means all information, trade secrets, know-how, and any other intellectual property rights in or to any and all inventions, discoveries, processes, methods, or formulae that are (a) owned by or licensed to CBMX or its successors or affiliates (with the right to sublicense) during the term of this Agreement, and (b) necessary or useful to the manufacture, use, or sale of Toxco Chips or System Products.
