CBMX PATENTS. Means any and all patents or patent applications (including without limitation all divisionals, continuations, continuations-in-part, reissues, reexaminations, extensions and corresponding foreign patents and patent applications) in existence or hereafter filed, at least one claim of which would be infringed by the making, using or selling of a Toxco Chip or a System Product by an unauthorized party.
