CBOE/S&P License Agreement
CBOE/S&P License Agreement. The license agreement dated as of November 1, 1994, as amended, between S&P and CBOE pursuant to which, among other things, S&P has granted to CBOE the right to use the S&P 500 Index and certain other S&P Stock Indices as the underlying interest in listed, standardized option contracts that trade on CBOE's exchange.
