CCI Products. Means any product (including hardware, materials, and software) or services designed by CCI or its Affiliates before the Effective Date and the natural evolutions of such products or services using the same or substantially similar technology made, to be made, had made, or otherwise procured, sold directly and indirectly, to be sold, have sold, offered for sale, to be offered for sale, have offered for sale, advertised or otherwise disposed of or exploited by or on behalf of CCI (directly or... through its Affiliates) at any point in time anywhere in the world.
