CCMP Affiliate

CCMP Affiliate. Any Person who, directly or indirectly, controls any CCMP Person or is controlled by any CCMP Person or is under common control with any CCMP Person, where "control" means the power and ability to direct, directly or indirectly, or share equally in or cause the direction of, the management and/or policies of a CCMP Person, whether through ownership of voting shares or other equivalent interests of the controlled CCMP Person, by contract (including proxy) or otherwise
