CC&Rs. The Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions and Easements dated May 25, 1972 established by Dillingham Development Company and recorded on June 2, 1972 in Book 9862 at page 57 et. Seq., of the official records of Santa Clara County, California, as they may be amended from time to time. Tenant hereby acknowledges that it has received and read a copy of the present CC&R's.
