Example Definitions of "CD Rate"
CD Rate. Shall mean the rate of interest per annum (rounded upwards, --------- if necessary, to the next higher 1/16 of 1%) determined by Bank, in accordance with its customary general practice from time to time, paid from time to time by major banks on negotiable certificates of deposit (secondary market) in amounts of $100,000.00 or more for a term comparable to such Interest Period, as most recently reported by the Federal Reserve System in the weekly Federal Reserve Statistical Release No.... H-15(519), entitled "Selected Interest Rates" (or any succeeding publication) (the "CD Rate") adjusted from time to time in Bank's sole discretion for then applicable reserve requirements, deposit insurance assessment rates and other regulatory costs.
