Cell Products

Cell Products. Shall mean therapeutic or prophylactic products utilizing cells covered under the AEGERA Technologies or utilizing: (i) cells [**] or (ii) cells derived in the performance of the Research Program (or derived from work done by AEGERA or McGill which has been funded by CURIS under this Agreement) - for [**]application (i.e., [**] prior to [**] application) into various tissues and organs of the body to promote repair, replacement, regeneration, or augmentation of function of any tissue or organ.
