Centers Claim Reserve

Centers Claim Reserve. A cash reserve to be established and funded from the Sale Proceeds for the payment of Centers Claims in the amount of $3,500,000; provided, for the avoidance of doubt, all Centers Claims will be paid in full and satisfied pursuant to the terms of this Settlement Agreement and/or the Plan irrespective of the amount reserved in the Centers Claim Reserve.
