Century Agreement

Century Agreement. That certain Amended and Restated Outsourced Sales Agreement dated as of June 30, 2010, by and among Beta, Century, Robert Wechsler, an individual residing in the State of Texas, RPS and the Borrower, as in effect on the Fourth Amendment Effective Date and as such Century Agreement may be amended from time to time by amendments that are not adverse to the Lenders.
