CEO Change

CEO Change. Shall mean a change in the Chief Executive Officer at the Company following the execution of this Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, if Dr. John Simpson is the Chief Executive Officer at the time Employee is terminated, a CEO Change shall not have occurred.
