CEQA. Means the California Environmental Quality Act, Public Resources Code (S)(S) 21000, et seq., the Guidelines for the Implementation of the California Environmental Quality Act, Cal. Code of Regulations, Title 14, Division 6, Chapter 3 (S)(S) 15000 et seq., including any laws, regulations, or orders of any kind pertaining to protection of the environment or environmental justice.
